Fourth of July at Hood Canal

Happy Fourth of July! We were at Hood Canal again this weekend. We did puzzles and painted rocks and bbqed on the beach. Jack and Silas crawled around on the cabin floor searching for crumbs of what the big kids dropped. Occasionally, J and S would wrestle and grab each other's faces- much to the delight of their fathers and gasps from their mothers. We watched fireworks over the canal and Mark and Jeff did their own show complete with the "Super Missle" finale which was pure chaos of noise and sparks. I was laughing and laughing and trying to cover both my kids' ears with only two hands. We also celebrated Jill's 17th birthday while we were there.
